New clients: If possible, please fill out and print intake forms (they can be found under "helpful forms" on my website.) I have copies available as well.

Please try to avoid arriving more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time. If you have any time restraints, please let me know before we begin our session. This will ensure we end on time.

Payment: I accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged for less than 24 hours notice and no call no shows will be charged the full amount. 

If you are feeling ill, or have any COVID symptoms, please stay home! If you've had recent contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home. The cancellation fee will be waived for any COVID related reason.
