If you are feeling ill, or have any COVID symptoms, please stay home! If you've had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home. The cancellation fee will be waived for any COVID related reason.

Masks are required. If you do not have a mask, I have extras to share.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your session, please wait in your car. 

New clients: If possible, please fill out and print intake forms (they can be found under "helpful forms" on my website.) I have copies available as well.

Payment: I accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal

Please wash your hands thoroughly before entering the office.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged for less than 24 hours notice and no call no shows will be charged the full amount.
