Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage where I use heated basalt stones as a massage tool. The heat and weight of the stones help deepen relaxation and promote circulation. Hot Stone sessions are deeply relaxing. The heat and weight of the stones melt tension away, leaving you feeling soothed and relaxed.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that balances the energy system in the body. It promotes balance, relaxation, and overall well-being by channeling universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy. You will lie down on a massage table fully clothed, while I places my hands lightly on or just above various parts of the body, following a specific sequence of hand placements.  The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. Reiki is especially helpful for people recovering from illness/surgery, transitions in life (changes in career, life situations, postpartum period, loss of a loved one, etc...) , or people seeking a deeper connection to their innate healing abilities. Ana's approach to Reiki is intuitive and connected, continually taking cues from the recipient to inform each session.



Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as Yogic or Psychic Sleep is a guided deep relaxation practice, where the body completely relaxes and the mind remains awake and aware. The transformative power of Yoga Nidra lies in its ability to access the subconscious levels of our mind, where the body's natural healing processes are activated, promoting physical, mental, and emotional healing, reducing stress and tension, and enhancing overall well-being. Yoga Nidra can help release stored emotional and mental patterns, alleviate anxiety and depression, improve focus and concentration, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and balance.

During a Yoga Nidra session, you will lie down fully clothed and Ana will lead you through a series of guided instructions, focusing on techniques such as body scanning, awareness of sense perception, and visualization to access deeper layers of consciousness. The beauty of this practice is that nothing is required of you other than lying down, closing your eyes, and listening. This makes it the perfect antidote to our busy modern-day lives. Yoga Nidra is Ana's favorite healing tool and is a powerful practice to help us reconnect with our truest, deepest selves. Breath is the source of life within us, yet many of us are deeply disconnected from our breath, which can deeply affect our health and overall well-being. During a breathwork session, you will lie down fully clothed while Ana guides you through a series of prompts to become fully aware of your breathing patterns, accessing any energetic blocks and redirecting prana (life force) to every part of your body. You will also learn simple techniques that you can apply in your day-to-day life. Breathwork helps reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall mindfulness and well-being.
